Mahshad Akbarisaryazdi was born in Tehran, Iran. She did her Bachelor in Electrical Engineering at Amirkabir University of Technology, Iran. She is currently pursuing her M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering at the Delft University of Technology. Since September 2026, her master’s thesis is carried out in the MITUS lab of the Section Bioelectronics, Microelectronics department, working on designing and integrating the electronics for acoustic holograms, under the supervision of Tiago Costa.
